Annie Mist Thorisdottir from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie is the first female to take home at the CrossFit Games twice. She won the CrossFit Games in 2010 and finished second. Annie Thorisdottir is a Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter, athlete as well as a media star. The first female to be awarded in the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. Other accomplishments include securing Dubai Fitness Championships in 2013 and 2013. Annie was raised with her family in Reykjavik Iceland. Since a young child she has been a sport and fitness fanatic. The first time she participated was time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games held in California, where she did extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir is 31 (by the year 2021). She is 5'7" and her weight is approximately 67kg. Annie began CrossFit Training in California in the year 2009. Annie had an impressive performance in her initial games. She placed at the top of the list in 70 competitors. Even though she wasn't able to win any of the titles, she finished with eleventh place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Her coach Jami Tikannen helped her achieve an overall second place in CrossFit Games, and a medal that was silver at the time of the year. As a result of her exceptional performance, she managed to claim the CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie was the first female to ever win successive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to her outstanding performance. Additionally, in 2014 Annie won a Silver Medal and most recently, in 2021 she won Bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches with her team at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie is an aspiring athlete who has been the face of many brands such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs as well as Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration as well as Sidekick Yerbae. The self-titled Youtube page is awash with over 1000 users, posting the videos of her family and trips along with training and diet plans.
