David-Muir

David Muir (born August 25, 1949) is a famous American anchor, journalist and reporter. He is most well-known for World News Tonight. The show, with its intense clips of celebrity gossip on video and his animated gestures has become the most watched newscast in America. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning show. Before joining ABC World News Tonight, it was his primary reporter for his predecessor Diane Sawyer. He has reported numerous primetime specials for ABC News some recent ones include Breaking Point: Heroin in America and Flashpoint: Refugees in America. He has covered news around the globe, including in Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti. He has received a variety of Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards in addition to awards from the Associated Press.
